Free, Fresh Produce Distribution

Room One provides local, high-quality organic vegetables free to our neighbors who walk through the door of our One Stop Support Center. In 2015, 3,200 bags of fresh produce were distributed to individuals and families. Produce is available seasonally, and ranges from spring and summer fruits and vegetables like salad greens, strawberries and tomatoes to fall storage crops like carrots, squash and potatoes.

SERVICES

In addition to providing produce to all clients who receive services from Room One, produce is also made available to low-income families through the Women, Infants and Children’s (WIC) program).

CONNECT

To learn more about produce distribution, call Room One at (509) 997-2050 or stop by.
